Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5 working days to to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within RH1 and RH2 postcodes surrounding our studio. 

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Our same processing times apply.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days using Royal Mail.

We ship using Royal Mail Second Class. Please be aware that a busy periods shipping timeframes may be delayed, however we would try to advise you of this where possible. This has the post impact around December for the Christmas season.  If known delays are in place we will try to find an alternative courier.
